We are currently raising funds at kickstarter.com to among other things, pay someone to help us with the voice recordings of the upcoming audio expeditions into the forest of emotional and physical intimacy.
Your responsibilities would include reading through the text a few times and then making a series of recordings that we can use.
At this point we will only be able to pay you $100 for each expedition that you complete. An example of the full reading can be found at OurLoveFire.com under the Audio Tab.
You don't need to be a professional to send us a sample. In fact the people who are going to listen to your voice are going to help us select the new voice or voices for the future recordings.
The way we are going to make the selection is as follows:
We will take the eight recordings that received the most likes on youtube, plus two more that we select.
Then we will have everyone who donated to our Kickstarter project vote on who they think should be the next voice on the expedition into the forest of emotional and physical intimacy.
To submit a sample of your voice for consideration follow the instructions on the "Text for OurLoveFire.com game voiceover" post below.
Don't forget to tell your friends and family to vote for your video on youtube so you can make it into the top 10.
To be considered we need you to upload your videos by the end of February. On March 1st we will take the top eight videos with the most likes and place them on a webpage that everyone who donated to our Kickstarter project can vote on. We will also select at least two other videos that we think should also be included. The voting will then end at 12:00pm pacific time on March 2nd.
